Returns & Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and we will not be able to refund the amount. All our bottles are insured and packed safely in multiple layers. But due to unfortunate circumstances if you receive a damaged, tampered bottle inside the bubble wrap, it will be replaced with another bottle. To get replacement please share the invoice and picture of package immediately.

We, at Trugreen Agribiotech, undertake to ensure that every transaction on our website is hassle-free and seamless. We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in delivering our products.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

  • Do you accept returns?

    As a general policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our product which are delivered as per the orders placed. Returns can be accepted only in the following scenarios: 1. Goods or products are damaged in transit, or 2. Wrong goods or product has been delivered

  • Window for return

    In case of above two conditions, you can return the product within 48 hours of delivery unless if the product seal is broken, the product will no longer be returned. The 48 hours window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location. To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team. Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, we will organize for pickup. Once we receive the item, we will process the replacement.

  • What are the conditions for accepting returns?

    1. Trugreen must be notified of intend to return within 48 hours of delivery. 2. Product must be in its original packing. Product must not be used, tampered with. 3. Seal must not be broken.

  • How do I place a replacement request?

    Please DO NOT send your returned items back before contacting us first. To return a product in case of any damages in transit or wrong item sent, please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 (7049900390, 88783 29900) from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at (info@trugreenagri.com , connect@medicann.co.in) with your order details and a video of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours.

  • How will I get my refund or exchange?

    We do not provide refund. Once the item reaches us, following a quality check, the replacement with new product shall be processed.

  • What costs shall be borne by me at the time of returns?

    Replacement of item will be free of cost.
